Chateau Tanunda 'The Chateau' Botrytis Semillon, Barossa Valley, Australia 2013 (375ml)

A nose of Lycee, musk, lime zest and citrus blossom with tree ripened stone fruits. Delicate sweetness gives a lusciousness to the palate with ripe stone fruits and citrus notes, followed by a refreshing and crisp acid finish. Great with lime curd tart, but if you are sick of people telling you that sweet wines only go with dessert why not be a little more daring and try it with pickled octopus on a cucumber, red onion and fetta salad with lemon andoregano infused oil! 10.5% alcohol.
