Champagne Lamiable is a family business located in Tours-sur-Marne, Grand Cru Village, in the heart of Champagne. Grape juice is distilled to 94.5% alc then aged in in oak barrels. Amber in colour, with nose and palate of white fruit such as prunes, and Mirabelle plums. Ratafia Champagne is mostly served chilled as an aperitif, but you may also enjoy it with starter dishes with foie gras, Roquefort cheese or chocolate dessert. If you like White Port or medium sweet sherry - this is for you.
