This delicious dessert wine displays lifted candied lemon and cumquat aromas and a complex palate that is rich and luscious balanced by a cleansing natural acidity.? Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, lightly crushed and gently pressed the skins to release the prized golden syrup.? After fermentation the wine was matured for 9 months using a mixture of older French oak hogsheads and then blended to add complexity.? This wine will benefit from careful cellaring for the next 15 years. |
