Sandalford Prendiville Chardonnay, Margaret River, Australia 2015

NOSE - A complex blend of gooseberries, vanilla and honey with citrus notes.. PALATE - This is a stunning wine. The citrus and gooseberry notes seamlessly integrate with vanilla and roasted nuts from the oak. It is just early days for this wine, and will keep evolving in the bottle to show all that is just under the surface. The acid is well balanced, giving the wine a beautiful structure through to a cleansing finish. Serve cellar cool, 12 to 16?C.
